This is a really cool looking game. This would've taken me decades to build :), get it... cause it's a retro game...
Don't worry it literally took me Decades to figure out Unity, so your techinically right
This was a fun game. Try as I might, I just cannot kill the vaders. That being said I really enjoyed the retro vibe of this game, even though I thought the balance was off kilter. Some rounds I could just sit in one spot firing and others I'd get hit immediately with lots of projectiles.
Thanks, This was my first game so enemies spawned randomly but I might mess around with it again in the future. The trick with the vaders is to fly up to them so that more lasers make contact, its a bit risky but they have a chance of dropping power ups Trust me you need to try the twin lasers, you'll merc everything.
Very cool! I grew up on these types of games (I'm old). Seriously though, you capture that retro feel perfectly! Very fun to play.
Thanks man, I'm also pretty old so I probably had a similar experience. I think growing up in the golden era of Arcade gaming we are more equipped to deliver a fun experience.
